MT-5 (120-M) black micarta scales, black leather sheath

The Cudeman MT-5 is the brand’s most famous knife. This design tops the list of bestsellers as it was, is, and will continue to be a top seller worldwide. Its design is unique and the weight balance is perfect. This model went on sale in 2012 and surpassed its predecessor, the historic Cudeman MT-1, in sales. This model has undergone significant changes to its steel, design, and leather sheath. It is currently made of Böhler N-695 steel. It has a solid construction and satin-finished A-304 steel bolsters. Its handle is made of black micarta with red separators and features a firing pin at the end of its hilt. On the blade’s surface and on the firing pin itself, there are two pins for creating a lance with a safety cord. The zipper on its spine makes the grip secure and reliable. Additionally, its multi-position sheath with belt loops and rivets allows it to be carried both vertically and horizontally, and it includes a flint and stone adapter. The design of this sheath was the initial inspiration for creating similar sheaths, such as the Entresierras or Ent models. A limited edition of 300 units of this model (120-MP) was released, featuring a mirror-polished blade and handle. The units sold out within months. This survival piece is brilliant.
